Pathetic Legal Department service

My business banker picked up legal status on my name, because of an outstanding amount of R1175 that I owe Cell C since 2018. I went to my nearest Cell C store in Paarl Mall where it was confirmed that I DO NOT OWE THEM ANY MONEYS. However the consultant have send Cell C’s legal department this query to update my status so that the legal status must be removed from my name. YET THEY DO NOT REPLY!!! I’ve called your head office, they also logged this query to update my status, but with no prevail. How is it possible that a big Company as Cell C does not have a direct phone line of their legal department to call??? This is pathetic service from Cell C UPDATE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I DO NOT OWE YOU ANY MONIES.
