PATHETIC is a compliment!

<p>I have sent my phone in for repairs, four times over! and each and every single time, my phone gets replaced after 38 Days! The technicians don't have any idea whats going on with my phone, so they just replace it. After the third time in repairs, I asked them if they can please exchange my phone for a different phone for exactly the same price and I was told that they are not allowed to do it. Actually, I was made to feel intimidated. I am going to be in contact with the Consumer Council, as this is complete and utter bull****! I do not even know what to say or how to say it, but, Cell C, you have wasted my time, energy and money that i do not have! Vodacom employees have told me that by the second time of repairing my phone, i would have been offered another phone (different make, etc) I have ****ographic adverts popping up, i cannot access my phone at times, it powers on and off by itself, i miss phone calls because of the viruses it has, and it has been wiped and factory data reset has been done a million times. I am SO SICK of phoning in, having my phone in for repairs, etc. To make it sound even better, I took the contract out with Cell C in September / October 2015 and it's been in for repairs four times for 38 days at a time!!!! I am DONE with Cell C. USELESS and PATHETIC! There is no taking back what has been done and said about this PATHETIC network and their DISGUSTING service, because EVERYBODY knows now. </p>
