Pathetic insurance service

<p>I have lodged a claim more than a month ago to cell c insurance. I've submitted all the required documentation, but thus far, no positive response! I have phoned several times at different times, sent numerous emails, enquired at a cell c shop, no help. The only email response is that they'll get back to me in 24 hours. Days have gone by! Its more than a month! I'm beginning to wonder if this company is legit. Even the call centre can't help. HELP? With this pathetic service, I do not recommend cell c insurance to anyone!</p>
