Pathetic incompetant customer service
Pathetic useless customer service agents. Drops a call in my ear and then Lerato cant even put me through to her manager. Who the hell supervises these people????? Today, 8 April 2021, i am phoning in for the 3rd time for them to resubmit our debit order. I have been phoning since 2 April abd guess what the debit order is still not off. And now, all of a sudden there is a problem with the bank confirmation but Cell C has been taking the money from our account for 17years already?????? Come on people, is it that ****ing hard to submit a debir order. I feel like moving to another network. If its not your network issues its the incompetant customer service people.
