Pathetic Handling of complains - Action on that Cancellation

Case Number: *** I have not received any response every time they call me no one can account for the discrepancy on my account or why there was a debit. I have been waiting for the investigation I am now losing my patience I want answers. I am tired of the *********** customer service that doesn't have answers to your questions. always will send for investigations. Please do the right thing I don't want to go new with this issue.
