Pathetic Get more service from Cell C.

I have had a really terrible experience with the get more 24/7 from cell c. When I tried logging onto getmore it double billed me when i already had an account. This was done on the 24th of June.I have been enquiring about this ever since and it is now 1 day over one month and i have still not received my refund. The lady phoned me today after such a long time and told me it will reflect in my account after 3 to 5 working days. After waiting one month i still have to wait 3 to 5 days? This is real pathetic service and i won't even be purchasing another contract from cell c after this experience. I am changing my network and people should not get carried away with this get more services as it is the half truth and they only tell you what you want to hear when the consultant calls you.
