Pathetic ********** Service

So I have logged a complaint on 12 May 2022 regarding cell c which keeps deducting funds form my account without any consent... They responded but never assisted any further.... I have sent another follow up e-mail to the ***** department with all the needed information and up to date I have no feedback... The only time I get a message from Cell C is when they debited my account again without consent which is done **********ly...
