Pathetic follow through on promises made

Last week I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter about Cell C spam calling me from 084 145. They immediately responded on Hello Peter that they would have an agent all my numbers removed from all marketing communications. The response time on Hello Peter was phenomenal but their follow through was pathetic. Today alone I have had 3 calls from 084 145 trying to sell me various Cell C services and offers.

REMOVE ME IMMEDIATELY AND DONT SIMPLY TRY IMPROVE YOUR REPUTATION ON HELLO PETER BY RESPONDING QUICKLY!!!!!
