Pathetic F*#king service

Pathetic Service and ******* - Cell C has been double debiting my account on a continuous basis . When i call to query nothing ever gets done about it . I called in to cancel my services with them and this was never done and they continued to debit me , I had to resort to Putting a stop order my account and now they have listed me on ITC as a slow Payer . Im trying to get hold of them now and the call doesnt go through and if i do get hold of someone they cut the call whilst im speaking
