Pathetic excuse around not being able to call 0860 STandard Bank number
How ridiculous is this . I am paying every month for 750minutes of airtime. But when I am trying to make a single call to a 0860 number to standard bank I cannot do it. How pathetic is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

29 Dec 2020, 15:36The public needs to know of the ********** GAP on your contracts. I will start in January to cancel the first of four contracts. How can you see this as a special number if half of the large corporates are operating from 08600 numbers. I am also holding Cell C accountable for any damages as a result of the fact that I couldn't cancel my ****** credit card........................

30 Dec 2020, 14:16Hi Mpho, thank you for your reply. As per your email: "As per the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, "inclusive benefits? meaning any voice minutes/SMSs/MMSs/data ,these benefits are only for local use on local South African networks.
Therefore, you cannot call numbers such as 0800 / 0860 / 0861 with your inclusive minutes."
Cell C has made a wake statement and this is not specified under the contractual agreement that no premium/special number such as 0800 / 0860 / 0861 which are not charged by Cell C and a telephony service provide by corporates and emergency healthcare providers.
How can Cell C make themselves accountable of such a possible health threatening obligation!!
Your statement refers: "Please be advised all special /premium rated numbers will not be charged from the anynet or on-net voice bundle minutes"
Its an absolute shame that all other cell phone providers has the ability to provide this service to enable connectivity from the user to large corporate's and emergency healthcare service providers.
