PATHETIC DOES NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE

I have to share my dismay and shock at the level of incompetence from Cell C and their service provider, RAM Couriers. I have taken out a contract, and was promised delivery. Today is day 8 since the contract was finalized, yet still delivery has not happened.

On Friday, I received a call from the couriers that they were at my office to deliver, but when I told the driver that my instructions were to deliver at my home address, as I would be on leave at that time, I was met with a simple: "well that is notngoing to happen today, I am not driving out another 6km to your address. You will have to wait till Monday"

I phoned Cell C numerous times in this regard, and even went as far as to request to speak to a manager, where I was stonewalled to such an extent, that I nearly hung up. I INSISTED on speaking to a manager, and put in hold. Eventually someone who sounds more suited to a cleaner position, answered my call. I asked outright if she was a manager, to which she rep**** yes. Her resolution to my concern was that she would be in contact with the sales consultant in KZN who completed my contract and have them resolve the issue. She would call me back withing 30 minutes (this was at 13:30. It is now 20:00, probably the longest 30 minutes in history). I am still waiting for this call.

The consultant who took my call this morning was very friendly and polite and tried to assist as best she could, yet now 8 days later I am still without device and service. I called back to Cell C again at 16:30 this afternoon and was lucky enough to speak to the same consultant again. She immediately tried everything she could but ultimately failed in getting my order delivered today. She called back from what appears to be her personal number to apologize for failing in her endeavor, and made a promise to call me first thing tomorrow morning, which I am certain she will do.

As for the rest of the staff and supposed management of Cell C and RAM Couriers, there are literally thousands of people who are desperate for employment. If you don't really want to do the job, vacate the position and let someone else who really needs it get the opportunity to EARN an income
