Pathetic data service

We have a Cell C data contract, 30GB day/30GB night, which is a complete nightmare. Initially it went ok but has deteriorated to the extent where the service is virtually non-existent. 4 Bars of 3G connectivity (confirmed on 3 cellphones) yet it has taken me more than 4 hours to try post an ad with 8 reduced size pics on OLX without success. Besides this ad, I work on websites and cannot work with a connection so poor as to be useless. Neither resetting the router or restarting it has made any difference. This is typical of South African companies - you pay but there is little or no service for your buc****!
