Pathetic customer services

there's was a black Friday promotion where you get the Samsung J1 ace half price and 10 gigs data for 3 months on prepaid. I purchased this online and it was delivered on Monday ut I have not received my data yet.... I called numerous times and customer services kept transferring me back and forth to sales.... they were extremely rude an hung up on me numerous times!! I am so dissatisfied that i will advise no one to ever buy from cel c its the worst company in the world!!!
