Having been a loyal customer for over 16 years and not missing a single payment, I get told I cannot upgrade my contracts due to me being under debt review. Which, mind you, I chose to do because of paying exorbitant interest on my credit card and loan. You are pathetic to say the least. You made me feel like I'm doing something wrong with my life. When I'm actually being a responsible person, paying her bills. Go look at my damn track record with you. I never faulted. At one point I had 4 contracts which were paid on time, every single time. I cannot even make sense of it no matter what point I look at it from. You should look at YOUR customers track record with you rather than things that don't concern you. Very judgemental lot you've become. But the funniest thing is that you offer me to continue on a month to month basis. Clowns
