PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL A CONTRACT!!
They are not even worth the one star! I've been trying now for a month for someone to positively assist me in cancelling a phone contract. The only communication I received was when agent copied me on an instruction email to another agent weeks ago, thats it! Neither of them (or anyone else) has even bothered coming back to me to confirm or action my cancellation request. Its again nearly the end of the month and they will be expecting another payment from me towards this contract Im trying to cancel - UNACCEPTABLE and pathetic service!

I have settled the account and sent through the proof of payment.
The problem has now escalated... I've just been on the phone with your retentions customer care person to ensure my contact is cancelled as per your instruction also call the retentions customer care. I was told that I couldn't be verified as the contract holder and HAVE TO PHONE AGAIN when I was already on the phone with the person! That's just ridiculous.
I told the lady that the contact was in my previous surname ***XX and I have since remarried but to no avail. I was told to go to my nearest Cell C to verify my details there... here's the problem, I've just been for major surgery and cannot get near the shops for another couple of weeks! Now what??
