Pathetic customer service resulted in me being handed over

I need someone senior to contact me ASAP!

I was told that this account was with your internal collections department from last month and that they will contact me.

I have lodged numerous complaints and have tried to call collections multiple times.

No one calls me and the calls i make do not go through!

I have been refused assistance in paying but you guys have handed me over.

You have not made contact with me at all for an entire year I did not receive a call or sms or statement until September this year and when I receit Immediately called to find out what was going on.

I was told twice by tracy that this account was not handed to an attorney I wil not deal with your attorney due to this.

The oayment for this contract was not running from my account I had no idea of what was happening. You guys could atleast have called me to let me know.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE EVEN IF I COMPLAIN ON HELLOPETER!

I will be contacting the consumer ombud regarding this as well!

I have been wanting to pay since October you have been giving me the run around since then! And now you hand me over!!!
