PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AGENT TO MANAGEMNT

CELL C does not skip a beat. <br> <br> i have consistantly had the worst service EVER from the contract customer service call centre as-well as the Sim swap department.<br> <br> i have been trying for months to have my sim swap done, and no matter what i do, no matter what my approach is. i doubt i will ever get joy from this USELESS company. perhaps its not the whole company but each and every person that i deal with is just not helpful or not professional or both.<br> <br> long story short. i dealt with a very un-helpful and sad little gentelment called Maurice Masimelo frm the sim swap department. he did a security check with me and apparently i failed. i then asked f4 he's manager nd a man by the name of Errod came to the phone. he was just as un-helpful as his agent as he could not assist me. he **** to me and said he will call me back when he gets to his desk. it is 1 hour later and he is probably still walking to his desk. i called back going to the contract call centre. this time i spoke to Amu Koza(THE WORST OF THE LOT) this useless person was rude, arrogant, i'll mannered. and told me the line mangement of cell is is like this - Amu Koza - then Ba***eng Mzichu and then the CEO. PHONE ME CELL C
