Pathetic customer service ever

Today 10/10 I was on the line moving from the retention department where I spoke to Natalie and the repairs department speaking to Lerato. I requested to escalate the call and Lerato advised her manager was not at his desk.

On the 03/09 I called and spoke to a gentleman when requesting to cancel one of my contracts and was offered another. I was advised I would get a sms and the old one will be canceled and the new one made active immediately. Saturday I received my invoice to notice the cancelation was never processed and Natalie completed that today only. With that I need to wait 30 days which I wasnt made aware of before. Natalie listened to the call which was the wrong call and even though she couldn't confirm that I was offered a new plan she offered it again whereby I declined.

On the 01/09 I took my fone in to the cell c store for booking after speaking to the technical guys online and offered cell c another chance. I was reassured that the phone will be assest and I will get feedback. As per the policy repairs takes between 12 to 15 business days. After 24 business days I went into the store to find out what was happening. I was advised that the system indicate the phone is in transit on its way to the repairs. After 24 business days, really.

I was given reassurance in store on the 06/10 that I will receive a call Monday or Tuesday at latest which never happen as they can only follow up Monday to Friday. I left the store calm. It's Wednesday and I still haven't heard anything hence me following up.

In the repairs department Lerato advised I need to go to the store to do a follow up whereby my tone changed to not so polite any more. She offered to call the store and after being on hold was advised the store will get in contact with RAM as they also don't know what happened. I asked to speak to the manager and was advised he was not at his desk.

My frustration is that it's a new contract. Phone was used for less then 2 weeks and I've made 2 months payment on a device I am unable to use yet have to pay for. No compensation to the customer in regards to replacing it yet a simple we will call u. How much longer do a pay for something I am unable to use?
