Pathetic customer service
I have claimed for the phone from the 22 August till today u have not received my device. I have to call and follow every single day,NO UPDATED FROM CELL C DEVICE.
On the 26 Sept I was told that I will receive the delivery but till today nothing happened. I regret so bed for insuring my phone with them. The process have been so draining,it like am begging them to do their job.
