Pathetic customer service

Cell C are not able to update my credit card expiry date on their system so my debit order did not go through. Now my account is blocked. After contacting them they said that I should go to my nearest store to update the details. As our town dont have an Cell C store I have to drive 100km to update a simple thing like an expiry date because their systems are not working! This is absolutely pathetic service and a waste of my time. When I threatened to close my account the lady was very willing to do just that. Not a worry in the world to loose a customer.
