Pathetic Customer Service Cell C
Most pathetic customer care service. For 2 weeks I have been phoning and repeating my story to 11 different people. No one able to resolve my case. Left my number for 4 Team Leaders to call me back. 1 did but also disappeared. Now no-one knows this person. There is no escalation method, only phone consultants that have absolutely no authority to assist. They simply read instructions from a piece of paper. They cannot transfer you and every day you speak to someone new and start all over again. Extremely frustrating and useless! Is there anyone at Cell C that can actually assist?

A week later and the devices are still with me, so I start the entire process again. Phoned contracts dept and Bongiwe tells me this case is closed?? How can it be closed if I still have the devices? What type of company is this? Do they even know how to do business. What do I need to do to get this matter sorted?
