pathetic customer service
i complained last week and up until this day my query has not been resolved my new credits score is updated but still nothing has been resolved i don't know if you guys are lazy or don't do your jobs properly or what's but to treat your customers like this is horrible i used my entire bonus last year to finish the account but i have nothing to show for it
