Pathetic Customer Service and Needs to be removed

Calling Cell c and having Siphiwe from Cell C East Rand Mall telling me its alright to call the technical support and have them deal with my query without any hassles is possible. BUT talking to the *********** and rude technical support employee DARLING is absolutely useless and pathetic. She is Rude and has no telephone etiquette. She should not be dealing people as cutting them off and not allowing the CUSTOMER TOP speak is pathetic!!! She should be removed from her position and placed else where, where she does not have to open her mouth and deal with actual PEOPLE!!!!! . She speaks to people like she is a know it all!!!!! Remove her!!!!!!!!!!!!!
