Pathetic Customer Service
What a pathetic company with no form of service delivery. I sent an complaint on 16 October and still no response from the Company. Pathetic!!!!!!

25 Nov 2021, 11:02Ok so the latest pathetic service is you buy airtime through the Cell C app, goes off your account but not loaded on Cell C. If there is a technical error why not inform all clients and also how long this will take. You are really doing great with pathetic service delivery.
