Pathetic customer service.

Pathetic service!!!! On 21 Feb 2024 CellC took R931 from my bank account for a contract I took of R189. Today 29th March, I still haven't received a cent back from CellC. I received an email today saying I should send my bank statement which I already sent on the 22nd March. I requested to speak to a manager or get contact details of a manager but it seems CellC doesn't have managers because the consultants refused to give me any details, one consultant even hung up on me. It makes sense why the service is so horrible..... No managers around !
