PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’m very disappointed with cell c, I never liked it to begin with but my partner convinced me to take home fibre with you guys, firstly you guys reached out to us so that you can be our fibre supplier, it took you guys 2 weeks to activate our services and mind you I’ve been calling over 10 times just to get our service activated, and PLEAAAAASEE get better customer services agents because what you guys have there is a joke , I’m very disturbed that you treat customers like that , I’m within the cooling period and I will cancel !! You guys are trash btw I hope everybody sees this
