Pathetic customer service

<p>I call cell c about 2 weeks ago, with a query on my bill. I have been overcharged and I have spoken to 7 consultants all promising to get a supervisor to call me. To date no one gives a damn. I have been a loyal customer for more than 18 years and get treated like this. Unacceptable and if i did not just renew my contract with them , I would have changed to Vodacom or MTN. When one does not pay his bill we get disconnected immediatly, but when one is over charged Cell C does not give a damn. Once my contract is over I will never renew it with Cell C. I will port my number to another provider who cares about their clientele.</p>
