Pathetic customer service

I have had pathetic service from Cell C with regards to a reversed payment I requested after I have noticed there was a double payment made to my account.

After two cases being opend I have not received my money back. I just called in to find out what is going on, just to hear that Cell C decided to keep my money so that I dont have to make payment on the 1 March. Now another case has been opened. How long will I have to wait?

I have said I needed the money to make other payment arrangements, otherwise I would have not requested the reversal.

It is so frustrating! No one can give me an answer, the communication from Cell C's side is so bad. No updates on the status of the case, I always have to initiate the communication to find out what is going on.

This is unacceptable!
