Pathetic customer service

I have been trying to cancel my cell contract for the last couple of weeks now. The cancelation department does not exist. U call the cancelation number and it does not exist. You call the customer service number and they cannot asisst you. They transfer you to the cancelation department and the line goes dead. This is a absolutely pathetic service. I refuse to be billed for another month because they LACK basic customer service. My contract ends in April and I do not wish to renew it. I no longer need this contract but cannot cancel it. This is absolutely absurd!!! It's amazing how you cannot get through to anyone who can asisst with canceling a contract but you can numerous calls wanting to sell you contracts. CELL C WAKE UP!!!!
