Pathetic Customer Service

It seems the only way to even get any attention from Cell C is when I post a negative Hello Peter review, then they respond once and no follow up after. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic.

When you see this post, please have a rep contact me so I can cancel my data contract. Don't phone me again to put me on hold, who the hell does that.... I am definetly not trying to phone again and staying on hold for half an hour. It has been about 4 weeks and no reply.
