Pathetic Customer Service

Upgraded on the 07th, called today to confirm delivery. Only to get told by the agent, sorry,we are out of stock and have no idea when we will get your device, you just have to wait.... where is the customer service, the agent did not bother to try n find out, I am sure a company as big as cellc would know when to expect they stock, this agent was satisfied telling me to wait until God knows when. I need a proper answer.
