Pathetic customer service

Unfairness

I'm trying to get a refund for being overcharged by cell c but it's been 6 months and nothing has been done. I've gotten way too many reference and case numbers which amount to **** at the end of the day and whenever you call you get sent from pillar to post with no clear answer. Consultants fail to relate to what a customer says and refuse to listen to logic and don't know anything about the company's terms and conditions. I'm really disappointed at the pace cell c seems to be resolving my query.
