Pathetic customer no care line
Cell c doesn't have a customer service as the call center agents wake up just to get paid. Even their team leaders are unprofessional and not interested in their work. I have never received such bad service unhelpful, waste of time, pathetic customer no care!!

11 Jun 2019, 15:25I was ****** and hurt last week Wednesday all I'd like to do is a sim swipe as I use the number for business purposes. I had to drive 25kgs after not being able to be assisted by the call centre to Southgate branch were I was told I should get a new number as there's nothing they can do the sim card wasn't rica'ed to my name. But apparently there's no name or address on the system just a passport number. I was also told that to get my number I must trace the person using their passport number so they can give me authority to the number lol

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we would not be able to assist with the Sim swap telephonically if the Sim card is not Rica'ed under your details.
You would need to make an affidavit stating that you are the user of the Sim card and how you obtained it, as well as take your ID document and proof of address to your nearest store for them to assist with a Sim swap.
