PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE
So... even after threatening to report my complaint to Hello Peter and the CPA, I still don't get action to my email.<br> Dear Manager,<br> <br> \If someone does not call me back within the next 20 minutes I will be logging a HUGE complaint on Hello Peter as well as contacting the CPA! Your customer service is absolutely pathetic!<br> <br> I app**** for an upgrade 2 days ago with Roberto who informed me that the Epic 150 Top Up can be upgraded on the same terms and price as the Epic 150 for R399 Iphone 6
