PATHETIC CUSTOMER /AFTER SERVICE CELL-C
MOST PATHETIC CELL PHONE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. The customer care feedback is an absolute DISGRACE... I have put in a query regarding my contract as the Debit amounts are not consistent as per my agreement. It has been nearly 2 months now that no one is capable or competent enough to respond and solve the query. I get a call from a rude agent who has no idea what she is doing. Still waiting for someone with brains to contact me....WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH CELL C GOING FORWARD....
