Pathetic Csurance
For anyone wanting to take out insurance with Cell C don’t. They’re out to take your money. You send the phone, pay the excess and receive your broken phone back as you sent it in. They don’t even have the decency to phone and say the phone is back. You have to go in days later just to hear its been there all along. But thats not it. Hearing the phone was sent back before paying the excess.. pathetic.
