Pathetic Contract Service

As a loyal contract customer my partners phone has been cut for the second time even after payment was made.When he queries this the phone is slammed down in his ear and they cant even explain the bill.He is now looking to cancel the contract and not pay for the rest.Disgusted is not even sufficient enough of a word.SAD.Pathetic and Extremely Poor
