Pathetic company

Pathetic ! I've once again tried to get ahold of cell c for like the 7th time and still no assistance and help. After making payment arrangements with them they still went and debited off my account and now no one seems to be able to help me now that I need a refund... *****ing much? Apparently the legal department is also non-exsistant as they also don't answer when you try and call them
