PATHETIC CINDY (1ST)

I called this morning for two issues and unfortunately for both issues I spoke to people that share the same name (Cindy). The 2nd Cindy was brilliant and i was extremely happy with her service. She is a dedicated worker. The 1st Cindy i am not sure if it was her who was pathetic or the Cell C system is pathetic. I curently have a contract and for some reason I always reach my limit after making few calls that i don't spend a lot of time on. My main issue is the messages that I get after reaching my limit. I get a message every minute to remind me that I have reach my limit. Cindy told me that this messages cannot be stopped. I will rather cancel the contract than to get an irritating message every minute.
