Pathetic cellc

I am very disappointed in cellc as a business being on level 4 companies are able to operate with 1/3 of there staff they then have there customer service department open people who are due upgrade cannot get any assistance what's so ever I was given a email address to upgrade which does not exist I was told retentions would open today now being told by the ivr that I'm calling outside operating hours not one of the stores are open how is this conducive to people who has paid there account every month and are keen on getting this upgrade done I am well aware that this is a difficult time for us but other network provider has staff working contact centers are closed but staff are at the store what the hell cellc this is pathetic
