Pathetic cellc
Yesterday 12 July 2018 I loaded R35 airtime. I also loaded a daily data bundle.
I had made one phone call to a cell c number for not longer than 5 minutes. When I had checked my balance. My bonus airtime was R0!!!!
I still had my data bundle available.
This is not the first time this is happening but I am tired of having to lose and waste money constantly for such pathetic returns from cell c. I am also not the only person who experienced this. When I call I'm told to restrict my background apps. This has been done!!!

Airtime and data do not disappear as there are causes such as content subscription services, out-of-bundle data rates can quickly deplete airtime, new smartphones, and faster networks mean data is used quicker etc.
We will get one of our consultants to look into this matter and provide clarity.
