PATHETIC CELL UNABLE TO GET UPDGRADE CANCELLED!!!

After the huge mess with my contracts upgrade, I am once again baffled by the incompetence within CELL C. After sending their SEALED/UNOPENED devices back to them and providing them with reference numbers of the items I sent back, they are still unable to cancel my contracts upgrade. Forcing me to believe that they will soon be charging me for devices that I do not have. Every time I contact them I am further baffled by the fact that they ask the same questions! Have you opened the devices???? NO CELL C! I sent your stuff back exactly as I received it!! They have confirmed that they have received the devices but I have been told by a consultant Salinda Mbalalose on call reference *** that they still require an internal RMA reference number. The devices had been sent back on the 19th and 27th of last month and on the 17th of this month they are still unable to complete the cancellation of the upgrade. I sincerely hope that at least ONE competent person within CELL C exists that that they will read this complaint and resolve it. I REALLY CANT WAIT TO MOVE AWAY FROM CELL C NOW!!!
