Pathetic Cell C..Again!

I have logged several emails to your customer service dept,escalation dept and via hello peter. I have provided all evidence of cancellation request of my contracts effective April 2021 yet you still debit my account! You then confirm via private reply using hello peter platform that my contracts are cancelled & u will provide me with feedback on my refund..that was more than 3 weeks ago and yet again your ***** more money from my account. I'm sick and tired of pathetic service. You will email me confirmation of my refund by m9nday next week. You have my email address plus my mobile number in New Zealand which you asked for. I will unfortunately now make direct contact of your exec management - you brought this on yourself..pathetic!
