PATHETIC CELL C SERVICE

Delayed a meeting we requested in the beginning of January, the meeting only occured on the 29th of Jan 2020, a cancellation and downgrade request was then sent apon discussion in the meeting on the 31st of Jan 2020 on an email "not a letter head" and resent again the 1st of FEB 2020 on the requested letterhead, we were delayed the entire month of January and now are going to be billed again at the end of Feb for lines we needed to be cancelled in the beginning of Jan, approx 20k worth of cancellations. we are now receiving technicalities of why and all sorts of what i would call excuses, we have been loyal to Cell c for years on end now and this is the most horrible service i have ever received in my life!! they are not trying to assist me and my business and rather trying to retain my contract, but instead, the service received makes me want to move my business elsewhere.
