Pathetic Cell C service

I bought a network locked handset last year Dec 2021 from Ackerman's cleary park port Elizabeth which was cell c network locked. It is a dual SIM card and I was told that after 12 months I can have the second slot unlocked or the whole device unlocked. I've been calling since last week Friday trying to get the network unlocked . I've made more than 10 calls to the customer care centre where the service is PATHETIC!!!!!! I was told that I must go to the store where I bought the phone. They could not help me,sent me to the Cell C store where they could also not help and directed me back to the pathetic customer care money.. I have then all my IMEI numbers and details and they Te now telling me they can't unlock the network I must call the manufacturer to unlock it hellllllllooooo I must call an international number.i. So furious spending hours and hours on the phone to customer care going back and forth to stores. I will not recommended anyone to buy a cell c network locked phone. Nobody as in nobody can assist me. I refuse to use any more of my money trying to fix this. The mere fact that nobody is going out of their way to help me is laughable.

I obviously have to go back door black market and hey hackers to unlock this phone because I REFUSE TO ISE CELL C. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ever recommend anyone to buy a network locked phone which they promise after 12 months the network will be unlocked. Had I knows this I never ever would've purchased this handset.
