Pathetic Cell C service

Please Help!!!! My husband and I are young professionals, we have an excellent credit score. We app**** for a home loan and two banks declined our application because Cell C handed my husband over for a mere R200 (two hundred). Our child goes to a private school, we give support many charities, we earn good salaries. We never late on our bills. We surely can afford R200!!! When my husband Called Cell C several times, they seemed to have no idea as to which company they handed him over to. We want to pay this R200 but Cell C doesn’t have a clue as to what’s happening with their billing department.

If Cell C does not contact my husband for this payment I will be taking this over to Carte Blanch and other media sources for help because nobody is hearing us! I will ensure Cell C be investigated in every possible way because this little bill is ruining my emotional, psychological, financial safety!!! If another bank declines my home loan over this I will be taking this further!!!
