Pathetic Cell C service

Cell C took over all Glocell contracts last year and I upgraded my new Cell C contract in January. My Insurance on my old Glocell contract was never cancelled and after 5 months I am still being billed twice for Insurance. And nobody at Cell C can tell me how to cancel the old Insurance. Surely if you take over contracts you need to know who the Insurance Company was ???? Pathetic Cell C. Clients did not have a say in the migration of contracts. If Cell C bills me for Insurance, surely you need to know to which Company you are transferring my money ??? I need this sorted !!!!!
