Pathetic Cell C service

I believe that Cell C must have the most pathetic customer service in the world. I have tried over fifty times to close my account and sort out the balance. Cell C is billing me for the last month for which I didn't receive any data. Over 50 calls later and I am no closer to solving this. I get transferred to their legal department and the phone just plays the most horrible music. The longest I waited is 45 minutes. Nobody ever answers the phone.
