Pathetic CELL C service

I have been waiting for about 1 year now for Cell C TO cancel my home assist, I have numerous emails saying it will be canceled and I will get a refund yet I am still being charged and nobody can seem to get this sorted, what the heck is wrong with Cell C? When will it be canceled and when will I get a refund? At R49pm its ridicilous.
