PATHETIC CELL C SERVICE

I was over billed by cell c for an error on their part part for failing to cap a 2G data contract for the month of Feb and March, on 24th of April I recieved an email stating that I would be refunded my money. The agent Alson Phiri has not come back to me to date to with an explaination why i havent recieved my money, instead i have to call in to talk to a new agent who starts the whole investigation all over again, I am tired of pathetic lack of continuity of service from Cell C. I WANT MY MONEY BACK CELL C
